Can I use my smartphone to record data?

Yes, Option O forms (.xlsx) are smartphone compatible and can be downloaded to your phone’s File app, iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or any other online cloud application supported by your phone. The app used to open the form will depend on the type of phone you have and what kind of spreadsheet app you prefer.  You may also use Option D forms if you have a copy of Microsoft Excel on your phone.
