Can the PRL reporting software be used to keep Daily Use Records?

All of DEC’s reporting options (A, D-Installation Package, D-Forms, and O Forms) provide columns for daily use records. The free electronic reporting option you choose depends on your software preference or compatibility.

Please note, while you are required to maintain records of the dosage rate, method of application, target organism(s), and place of application, you are not required to submit the data with your PRL report.
