Installation

• I get a message which says, “Another version of the product is already installed… To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel.”
• I get a message which says, “Error 1925: You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation …”.
• I use Microsoft Office 97. Do I need to install a different version of the PRL Reporting Software?
• What are the software and hardware requirements for installing the PRL Reporting Software?
