What is end date column and do I still need to include it in the uploaded version?

The end date is only required for automated applications such as cooling tower applications. If this does not apply to you, you do not need to input data into the end date column. Regardless of whether the column is blank or not, please keep the column in the spreadsheet for formatting purposes. The column is also required for third-party software files (see Text File Specifications).
